Every web hosting package comes with a free SSL certificate. This certificate ensures a secure connection between your website and the visitor (recognisable by the padlock and https:// in the address bar). The certificate is automatically renewed and installed. For larger organisations or webshops, we also offer more extensive SSL certificates with organisation validation or wildcard functionality.
Our experts handle the complete migration of your website to our servers, free of charge. We copy all files, databases and email addresses to your new hosting. We then test that everything works correctly before adjusting the DNS settings. As a result, you experience no downtime during the migration. We also offer support in setting up email on your devices after the migration. All you have to do is give us access to your current hosting and we take care of the rest.
We make daily automatic backups of all your website files, databases and emails. These backups are kept for 30 days, with the last 7 days available daily and weekly backups thereafter. Through the control panel, you can easily restore a backup yourself, or recover specific files or databases. You can also manually create extra backups for important updates or changes.
